With no sampling cost, 7 lo and 15-day composite programs cost less than 5, 4, and 3 fresh tests, respectively, and more than 4, 3, and 2 fresh tests, respectively. When all of a man's workload was chargeable to sampling, all composite programs cost more than programs of 15 or less fresh tests.
